![]() Mi-Ling's favorite Rum Cake Recipe
1 box of yellow cake mix with Pudding 4 eggs ½ cup of cold water ½ cup of oil ½ cup of dark rum ½ cup of chopped nuts Preheat oven to 325 degrees Mix all ingredients together except nuts. Place nuts in the bottom of a greased & floured Bundt pan and cook for 1 hour Glaze: Melt (1) stick of butter in a pan Add ¼ cup of water and (1) cup of sugar. Bring to a boil and stir for (5) minutes. (Important) Remove from heat and add ½ cup of dark rum, mix and pour over cake. Add a comment Add this page to your favorite Social Bookmarking websites |
