Spring storms can make pets anxious

Written by Press Release

Now that spring is here be sure and keep your pets inside during thunderstorms and heavy rain storms.

If your pet is wearing an electronic fence receiver be sure and remove those devices to avoid an electrical shock to your pet.

If your pet gets extremely agitated or starts to pace or bark during a storm contact your veterinarian for advice on how to keep your pet calm during a storm.

Before allowing your pet to go outside after a storm be sure to check your yard for downed trees and power lines.
